Mae is 5 years old little girl in need of parents. She would do best in a 2 parent family with lots of family support. Mae goes to preschool every day and attends therapy twice a week.
Mae’s doctors are impressed with her progress and everyone thinks that she is doing better than they ever thought she would in the 9 months that she has been in foster care. Going forward she will require some skilled nursing care that will be provided.
Mae’s caseworker is searching for parents within two hours of Peoria, Illinois, if possible, so that Mae can stay with her school and her doctors. Other areas may be considered.
