You have indicated you are NOT a licensed foster parent, and as such, you are ineligible to adopt a child from the Illinois foster care system. If you live in Illinois, please fill out THIS form to begin the licensure process. If you do not live in Illinois, please contact your state’s agency responsible for foster parent licensing.
