Learn about the children in need of foster care and adoption through foster care. This town hall style event features foster care licensing agencies in and around Joliet, Illinois. Whether you have your foster care license, or not, this is a great way to learn how to start or continue your journey through foster parenting and learn about opportunities regarding adoption from foster care. The keynote speaker is a mother who has adopted three children from foster care.
A breakfast of bagels, fruit and coffee will be served. This is a free event. Families and children are welcome.
This event will be held at Cemeo’s Pizza, 1630 Essington Road, Joliet, Illinois 60435. 9:00am – 12:00pm. Breakfast will be served.
