He brings experience across child welfare\, managed care operations\, and behavioral health and crisis intervention in community and hospital settings. At YouthCare\, he leads the Foster Care Liaison Team\, providing strategic oversight\, training\, and coordination to support compliance and improved outcomes for youth in care.
