As a part of this series\, Let It Be Us is partnering with One Hope United on the Therapeutic Foster Parent events. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nInterested in Making a Difference as a Therapeutic Foster Parent? \nLearn about parenting children who have been in group homes and about becoming a therapeutic foster parent on Wednesday\, October 22 at 12:00 PM. (Bring your lunch!)  Meet with Let It Be Us staff and One Hope United staff and get all of your questions answered during this virtual lunch and learn. \nOne Hope United is seeking compassionate individuals to join their therapeutic foster care program\, which supports children with higher needs. This unique foster care opportunity focuses on children aged 12-18 who are ready to transition from residential care to a supportive\, family-centered environment. As a therapeutic foster parent\, you’ll collaborate closely with the child’s care team and receive specialized training\, mentoring\, and additional financial support to create a nurturing home. \nThis rewarding role is ideal for those residing in Lake County in Illinois. Make a lasting impact on a child’s life by providing a stable home as they progress toward their treatment goals. Join us and learn how you can be part of a child’s journey to healing and growth with the extra support One Hope United offers to therapeutic foster parents. \nThis event is completely virtual.
