Let It Be Us recruits Host Homes for The Bridge Youth & Family Services. The Bridge provides services to support youth and families in creating emotional wellness, strong relationships, and successful futures. In a partnership with Let It Be Us, they envision a world where healthy relationships and emotional wellness are priorities for all and every individual has been given the tools to thrive.

Host Home Families welcomes children in grade, middle and high school who are at risk of family disruptions. A stay with a Host Home Family is intended to be short term while the family of origin is strengthened, with the goal of children returning home. The requirements of the Host Home Families are: 

• experience with teens
• an open bedroom
• flexible employment

Host Homes are recruited in the following communities:

• Des Plaines, Illinois
• Maine Township, Illinois
• Hanover Park, Illinois
• Schaumburg, Illinois
• Elk Grove Village, Illinois
• Palatine, Illinois
