Let It Be Us offers a series of virtual educational events on topics surrounding Foster Care and Adoption in the State of Illinois. This webinar focuses on the Adoption Listing Service and the Illinois Heart Gallery.
Join us to learn how you can adopt from foster care with the Adoption Listing Service of Illinois at Let It Be Us. All licensed and unlicensed families interested in adopting from the Illinois Foster Care System are welcome.
In our Zoom webinar, we will bring together our experienced foster care and adoption professionals to discuss the unique opportunities of adopting children from the foster care system. The webinar will cover:
- Children Available for Adoption in Illinois – Illinois Heart Gallery: Gain insight into the specific needs of children available for adoption from foster care and learn about the Heart Gallery of Illinois, an online photo gallery featuring children available for adoption.
- The Adoption Listing Service: Hear from the Director of the Adoption Listing Service, who will explain the program, how to join our database of licensed foster parents looking to adopt, and how adoption from foster care works – from initial inquiry to adoption finalization.
