Belonging at School: What Adoptive Families Need to Know with Belonging Education and Let It Be Us

May 6 @ 6:30 pm 7:30 pm

Let It Be Us offers a series of virtual and in-person educational events on topics surrounding Foster Care and Adoption in the State of Illinois.

Feeling lost in the school system? You’re not alone. Join Let It Be Us and family advocate & school systems expert Max Weinberg, PhD for a virtual webinar on how to help your child feel truly connected at school and how to advocate effectively when they don’t. Drawing on 25+ years of experience and a research-grounded belonging framework, this presentation gives adoptive and fostering families a clear map for understanding schools, building partnerships with educators, and getting children the support they need. Come with your questions. Leave with real tools.
