Let It Be Us offers a series of virtual educational events on topics surrounding Foster Care and Adoption in the State of Illinois.
Join us for our lunch and learn Zoom event to learn how you can adopt through foster care with the Adoption Listing Service of Illinois at Let It Be Us. All licensed and unlicensed families interested in adopting from the Illinois Foster Care System are welcome.
In this Zoom event, our Adoption Recruiter & Training Coordinator, Erin Janssens, will discuss the unique opportunities of adopting children from the foster care system. The Zoom event will cover:
- Children Available for Adoption in Illinois – Illinois Heart Gallery: Gain insight into the specific needs of children available for adoption from foster care and learn about the Heart Gallery of Illinois, an online photo gallery featuring children available for adoption.
- The Adoption Listing Service: Hear how to join our database of licensed foster parents looking to adopt, and how adoption from foster care works – from initial inquiry to adoption finalization.
This Zoom event is open to the public – whether you’re considering adoption or are already involved in foster care. Join us to gain valuable insights and be part of a conversation that is transforming lives through Let It Be Us.
