Meet Jake!

Knock, knock. Who’s there? It’s Jake! A friendly jokester who loves making people laugh. He’s so warm and friendly, you can’t help but smile when he’s around! Jake prides himself on being kind, polite and respectful, and it shows. He’s in 11th grade and math is his favorite subject. He’s a numbers guy, and hopes to have a career using math after college. When he’s not in school, Jake enjoys typical teen activities: video games, movies and hanging out with friends. He also loves playing and watching all sports. He’s a Chicago Bears fan and is willing to step in as their star quarterback if they need him! Jake isn’t just sporty, he has a creative side and likes working with his hands: building Legos, painting and creating diamond art. His kindness extends to animals as well; he’s great with them and would love to have a dog of his own someday!

Jake has worked hard to improve himself and is proud of the level of maturity he’s shown. He longs to be part of a family in a home he can call his own. He loves celebrating all holidays and dreams of future holiday celebrations with his forever family. Is there room for Jake around your family’s table? He promises to share the pumpkin pie!
