Let It Be Us offers a series of virtual education events on topics surrounding Foster Care and Adoption in the State of Illinois. As a part of this series, Let It Be Us is partnering with Northwestern University’s Family Care Parenting Lab.
Let It Be Us is proud to partner with Northwestern University’s Family Care Parenting Lab, led by Dr. Heather Risser, to discuss this important topic. During our 90-minute event, Let It Be Us Foster Care Experts and a Seasoned Foster Parent, along with Dr. Risser, will discuss what children may likely feel when experiencing foster care and how that can lead to certain challenging behaviors. This webinar is great for those interested in becoming foster parents and currently licensed foster parents.
