Let It Be Us Announces Bryana Hopkins as the New Director of Operations and Finance

Let It Be Us welcomes Bryana Hopkins, MPPA, to the role of Director of Operations and Finance. Bryana has a BS Degree in Social Policy from Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPPA) from Northwestern University’s School of Professional Studies. Bryana has a passion for operations, finance, and data analysis as it relates to program evaluation and donor communication.
For the last two years, Hopkins has worked for Let It Be Us part time analyzing and structuring data for the innovative Let It Be Us solutions that integrate modern child welfare technology to provide faster and stronger placements for youth of all ages in Illinois foster care. She is an expert on the Binti platform, which is the first technology platform solution innovating matching and placements in child welfare. Let It Be Us adopted Binti in 2020.
Bryana has experience working with UR Chicago Alliance as a Business Manager focusing on financial planning, budgeting, accounting, analytics, and CRM operations. She worked as a Research Analyst for Tsalach Corporation Finance, and Bryana has also been involved in operations at the YMCA of the USA.
At Northwestern University, Bryana played on the women’s basketball team. She also participated as a P.U.R.P.L.E. Peer Mentor, representing Northwestern Women’s Basketball.
