Let It Be Us is a nonprofit organization that recruits parents through foster care and adoption for waiting children in Illinois. Wednesday’s Children of Illinois is a Let It Be Us publication that is published every week and reaches thousands of parents and families.
This Wednesday our featured children are …
16 and 17 Year-Old Sisters and an Infant. Placement needed for teenage sisters, and an infant. Sisters, ages 16 and 17, are sweet and learning independence. One of the girls is a mother to an infant son; the baby will also need to be in the home, and support offered as she navigates motherhood. These sisters would benefit from the guidance and support of a loving family as they transition to independence. Preference to families in the Chicago area, though all neighboring areas will also be considered. Families are encouraged to apply here.
